I have always been fascinated by food. My love for food developed at a very early age, in my mother's Miledy's kitchen, while volunteering and trying to help make my favorite breakfast, green chilies, cheese corn muffin with a glass of hot milk with molasses. Most of my inspiration today, comes from my mother's love and passion for food.
later on in life, I moved to NYC the melting pot of world cuisine, vast diversity of culture and unique flavors, where I learned a great deal by working with acclaimed talented chefs in restaurants and catering events in and around NY. Living in NYC allows me to explore and indulge in a large array of different culinary styles, including the traditional Asian Gastronomic philosophies of Macrobiotics, how the quality of food we eat will impact our well-being and Ayurveda, healthy eating for longevity, vitality and overall happiness.
Over the years, I have developed and adapted my own culinary style preparing meals for family and friends. I experience an state of happiness from cooking and consider myself a true gourmand.
